Please note that, in this document, reference to “we”, “us”, “our” and Rocket Fibre denotes Rocket Fibre Ltd, trading as “Rocket Fibre”. Registered number 12821973, whose registered address is: Unit 5 Perth House, Corby Gate Business Park, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN17 5JG. Reference to the “parties” means both Rocket Fibre and you, the residential customer.

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) outline the rules and conditions for using our VPN services on Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS platforms. By using Rocket VPN, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use our services. Please review them thoroughly before proceeding. Rocket VPN is a VPN service designed to provide users with secure and anonymous internet browsing. It helps safeguard your personal information and enables access to restricted content.

1. Service Description

Rocket VPN provides a virtual private network service designed to enhance your online privacy and security by encrypting your internet traffic and masking your IP address. While we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

1. Licence
a. Grant of Licence

Subject to your compliance to the terms outlined in this Terms, Rocket VPN provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to access and use its service in compliance with these Terms. You may use the service solely for personal, non-commercial use.

b. Restrictions on the granted license

You are prohibited from doing the following:

(a) licensing, selling, reselling, renting, leasing, transferring, assigning, reproducing, distributing, hosting, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Service or any part thereof , except for internal business use as permitted by this Terms;

(b) modifying, disassembling, decompiling, reverse engineering, attempt to derive the source code of the Service, or otherwise tampering with the VPN service;

(c) employing manual or automated tools (such as spiders, robots, scrapers, crawlers, or data mining tools) to extract or download data from the VPN service;

(d) accessing the VPN service to develop a similar or competing service or application;

(e) except as explicitly allowed, copying, reproducing, distributing, penetrate, republishing, downloading, displaying, posting, or transmitting any part of the Products through any medium; or

(f) removing or destroying any proprietary markings or copyright notices. You must adhere to any technical documentation provided with the Products, such as API documentation. Any updates, new releases, or enhancements to the VPN are also governed by this Terms. Unauthorized use of the VPN will result in the termination of the licenses granted herein.

(g) Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to activities that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

(h) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.

(i) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

(j) Use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code.

2. Subscription and Payment

Rocket VPN offers various subscription plans, providing access to different levels of service. Subscription details, including prices and benefits, are available on our website and in the app.

a. Subscription Plans

By subscribing to Rocket VPN, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders will be provided in compliance with UK and EU GDPR requirements, ensuring transparency and the ability to cancel at any time.

b. Payment

Subscription payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, or other third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Audra to process the applicable subscription fees through your selected payment method securely. Payment details are handled in accordance with UK GDPR standards to protect your financial data.

c. Refunds

Refunds are provided at Rocket Fiber’s discretion and are governed by our refund policy. Depending on your selected plan, you may be eligible for a refund within a specific period of your subscription. Details are available in your subscription terms or by contacting our support team. Refund requests and associated data will be processed in compliance with GDPR, ensuring your rights to data access and rectification are respected.

3. Account and Controls

a. Account Creation

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. By registering, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

b. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Rocket VPN. We recommend using a strong password that includes a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security, please notify us immediately.

c. Updates

Rocket VPN may provide patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications to the Rocket VPN, either manually or automatically, at any time and without prior notice. If you prefer to disable automatic updates, you can: (i) for the mobile version of the Rocket VPN, disable the auto-update feature in your device settings or uninstall the Rocket VPN from your mobile device; and (ii) for other Rocket VPN updates, close your Rocket VPN Account and discontinue use of the Rocket VPN. In cases where updates are not automatically installed, you may need to install them manually to continue using or accessing the full functionality of the VPN.

d. Requirements

When using the Rocket VPN, you may need to grant certain permissions for your personal device. Access to the VPN service may require an Account, a compatible smartphone or tablet with the Rocket VPN installed, a pre-existing internet broadband connection, or other specified system requirements.

4. Agreed Usage and Limitations of Rocket VPN

a. Service Availability

Rocket VPN is designed to be reliable, but they may not be available or operational 100% of the time. Access may be interrupted or suspended without notice for reasons such as security issues, system failures, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond control. Rocket VPN is not liable for any damages resulting from the unavailability, suspension, or delay in the VPN service and does not provide refunds, rebates, or compensation for such interruptions. No specific uptime guarantee is offered for the VPN.

b. Performance

The performance of the VPN depends on several factors, including:

  • Equipment capabilities (e.g., modem, connected devices, or devices running the Rocket VPN).
  • Network environment (e.g., obstructions or wiring).
  • Internet service providers for your Network.
  • Local regulations on Wi-Fi power limits and frequencies.
  • Mobile network providers used by the VPN.

Rocket VPN does not guarantee any specific energy savings or financial benefits from using the VPN, as these depend on factors beyond Rocket VPN’s control.

c. Reliability of Data and Notifications

The VPN, including remote access are not guaranteed to be fully reliable or always available. Notifications may not arrive in a timely manner or at all, and the information provided may not always be accurate or up to date. Notifications are for informational purposes only and should not replace third-party emergency monitoring systems.

d. User Conduct

You agree to use Rocket VPN responsibly and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You must not engage in any behavior that:

  • Engaging in illegal download or file sharing;
  • Distributing harmful or malicious software;
  • Circumventing any security or authentication measures;
  • Using the service to harass, abuse, or harm others;
  • Using the service in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international laws;
  • Engaging in activities that may disrupt the service or compromise the security of Rocket VPN or its users;
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to VPN servers, systems or data;
  • Transmits any material that is defamatory, offensive, or other objectionable;
  • Disrupts, damages, or interferes with our infrastructure, including our servers or network.

5. Ownership

a. Copyright, Trademarks, and Patents

All materials within or accessible via the VPN service are the intellectual property of Rocket VPN and are protected by global copyright laws. This includes the software, documentation, user interfaces, and related materials used in the VPN service. Rocket VPN’s name, logos, graphics, and other branding elements are proprietary trademarks. These cannot be used in connection with third-party products or services without explicit permission, protecting the VPN from unauthorized use or misrepresentation. The VPN service and its associated features may be covered by patents, which protects the technical innovations and unique aspects of the service.

b. Your Account

Users acknowledge that they do not own the rights to their Rocket VPN account. The rights related to the account, including access and control, are owned by Rocket VPN.

6. Changes to this Terms

Rocket VPN reserves the right to modify this Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website or within the app. Rocket VPN will revise the “Updated On” date at the beginning of the Terms and may notify you via email at the address provided. Changes are effective immediately or from the specified effective date. Your continued use of the VPN after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the VPN. In jurisdictions requiring specific change notifications, Rocket VPN will comply with applicable laws and inform you accordingly.

7. Termination

Audra may suspend or terminate your access to the VPN or terminate this Terms without prior notice, except where notice is required by applicable law. In such cases, Rocket VPN will notify you in accordance with the law and inform you of your rights. Your rights under this Terms automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with its terms.

8. Indemnity

You agree to assume responsibility for all use of the VPN, including any use by third parties you allow to access the VPN, such as Connected Users. You further agree to indemnify and hold Rocket VPN harmless from any damages, losses, or claims arising from such use. This includes any misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of the terms of this Terms.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

a. Service Availability

Rocket VPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to offer a reliable and secure service, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Audra does not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

b. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket VPN disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information obtained through the service. This disclaimer complies with UK and EU GDPR, ensuring users are informed about the limitations of the service without misleading or compromising their rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

a. IN NO EVENT WILL ROCKET VPN BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT AUDRA ENTITIES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, ROCKET VPN DOES NOT IN ANY WAY SEEK TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR (A) DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF AN AUDRA ENTITY OR FOR (B) ANY INJURY CAUSED BY AN AUDRA ENTITY’S FRAUD OR NEGLIGENCE.

b. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

c. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROCKET VPN’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AUDRA DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Breaches and Resolving Disputes

a. You are solely responsible for any breach of obligations (other than Rocket VPN’s obligations) under this Terms and for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Rocket VPN may suffer. You (and not Rocket VPN) are responsible for all use of the Rocket VPN under your Account and your use of Rocket VPN, including your employees, customers, visitors, and residents of your home. Rocket VPN has no responsibility to you or to any third party for any such breaches, acts or omissions.

b. You must notify the Audra in writing if you dispute any of our charges on your credit card statement. Billing disputes should be notified to the address Audra.

c. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the VPN will be adjudicated under the laws of the by the laws of England and Wales. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Terms.

12. Access Outside Certain Countries

The VPN may not be available to all persons or in all countries and some or all of the features of VPN may not work or be appropriate for use in every country. If you access or use the VPN from outside a supported country, you do so on your own initiative and you are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws in your country. Rocket VPN accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused by your access or use of the VPN outside a supported country. You will be bound by this Terms wherever you access or use the VPN.

13. Miscellaneous

a. Governing Laws

This Terms is governed by and construed in accordance with the by the laws of England and Wales (with the exception of its conflict of law provisions), and the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of by the laws of England and Wales, which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with this Terms in England and Wales. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in the UK, you additionally enjoy the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

b. Entire Terms

This Terms (including the additional terms incorporated by reference) constitutes the entire Terms between you and Rocket VPN with respect to the subject matter of this Terms. The laws of some countries may not allow some of the limitations listed in this Terms, including without limitation those related to indemnification, limitations of liability, or warranty disclaimers. If these laws apply to you, some or all of these limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights. Nothing in these conditions is intended to limit or exclude our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or gross negligence. In the event any provision of this Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, (a) that provision will still be enforced to the full extent permissible under applicable laws; (b) if that provision or change is wholly void or unenforceable, that provision or change will be of no force and effect and will be severed from this Terms; and (c) in the case of either (a) or (b), the remainder of this Terms will continue in full force and effect.

c. Compliance with laws

Data protection, privacy, export control laws and similar regulations governing the transfer of software and other technology outside of the European Union, the UK or other jurisdictions, and other laws where you live may impose certain responsibilities on you and your use of the Rocket VPN. You agree that you (and not Audra) are responsible for ensuring that you comply with any and all applicable laws when you use the VPN.

d. Assignment

You may not assign this Terms without the prior written consent of Rocket VPN, whether expressly or by operation of law, including in connection with a merger or change of control, and any such attempted assignment will be void and of no effect. Rocket VPN may assign this Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, this Terms will be binding on the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Any assignment by Audra of the Terms shall not diminish the rights granted to you under this Terms.

e. Force Majeure

We are committed to providing all the care customary in the profession for the implementation of the VPN the service offered to the client. Nevertheless, our responsibility cannot be retained in the event of delay or breach of our contractual obligations if the delay or breach is due to a cause beyond our control, fortuitous event or case of force majeure as defined by the applicable law. If Rocket VPN is unable to provide the VPN as a result of a force majeure event beyond Rocket VPN’s control, Rocket VPN will not be in breach of this Terms.

f. Waiver

Rocket VPN’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, a right, power or remedy provided in this Terms or by law will not constitute a waiver of any of Rocket VPN’s rights. Rocket VPN’s waiver of any obligation or breach of this Terms will not operate as a waiver of any other obligation or subsequent breach of this Terms.

g. Consent to Electronic Communications

Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about your choices regarding our electronic communications practices, including your ability to opt out or unsubscribe from marketing or other promotional communications from us. You agree that any notices, Terms, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

Regarding copyright claims, it is Rocket VPN’s policy to terminate membership privileges of any user who repeatedly infringes copyright upon prompt notification to Rocket VPN by the copyright owner or the copyright owner’s legal agent.

By purchasing or using Rocket VPN, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
